By booking any service with Easy Punta Cana Tours & Transfers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all transportation services, private chauffeur bookings, and tours offered through our company.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment is received or a confirmation message is issued by our team.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including flight details, pickup location, and contact information.
3. Payments
Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Payment methods may include credit/debit card, online payment links, or other approved methods.
All services must be fully paid before the service is provided unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Changes & Modifications
Changes to bookings (time, date, location) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.
6. Waiting Time Policy
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of waiting time after flight arrival.
For other services, a grace period of 15 minutes applies.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
7. Flight Delays
We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times accordingly.
No extra charges will apply for delays if correct flight information was provided.
8. Passenger Responsibility
Clients must ensure punctuality at pickup locations.
Any damages caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
Safety regulations must be followed at all times (seat belts, passenger limits, etc.).
9. Child Safety
Child seats are available upon request.
It is the client’s responsibility to request appropriate seating for children at the time of booking.
10. Tours & Excursions
Some tours may be operated by trusted third-party providers.
Tour itineraries, durations, and inclusions may vary due to weather or operational conditions.
Easy Punta Cana Tours & Transfers is not responsible for external factors beyond our control.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
13. Privacy Policy
Client information is used solely for booking and service purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except when required to complete services.
